Be Still by William Joseph {Giveaway}

Calm, serene, masterful, delicate, peaceful, simple, reverent.

Those are the words that popped into my head as I listened to William Joseph's new CD appropriately named, Be Still. It is a compilation of hymns and sacred songs arranged and performed in Joseph's signature virtuoso style. It is perfect for a Sunday morning while getting ready for church, or an evening when you want to settle the family down for a peaceful time spent together. It really is a beautiful CD with songs such as Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, With Royal Praise, and I Know That My Redeemer Lives. The music encourages you to just stop, listen, and be still.

I was first introduced to William Joseph's music by a friend. I was giving her son piano lessons at the time. I loved it from the very beginning! So much so I bought the piano music for William Joseph's Beyond CD so I could play them myself at home.  Asturias is particularly fun to play!

William Joseph is an amazing pianist, and has toured with Josh Groban, Il Divo, Clay Aiken, and many others. He was discovered by David Foster, a producer who is behind Celine Dion and other big stars. Here he is explaining how his latest CD came about.

You can listen to samples of the songs and purchase Be Still here at PostitiveMusicandDownloads. Come Thou Fount is available as a free download there too!

Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done. ☺ There, don't you feel better?

Please leave a comment! I enjoy hearing your thoughts, whether you agree with me or not. If we all agreed on everything how boring would that be? Worse than eating white chocolate, because it's fake. So be real, be yourself.
