Trace their hands on white paper and cut out. Curl each finger out using a pencil to wrap the finger around. Wrap the hand around the top of a green plastic straw and secure it with tape. Add a yellow strip of paper, folded in half, to the middle of the lily for the stamen. Add leaves and tape to the straw.
Easter morn with lilies fair
Fills the church with perfumes rare,
As their clouds of incense rise,
Sweetest offerings to the skies.

Flooding darkness with their light,
Bloom and sorrow drifts away,
On this holy hallow’d day.

Family Fun had a similar craft a few years ago and when we did it, my boys had such fun. Thanks for the reminder...I am sure Grandma needs some easter lilies! :)
